Refund Policy

It is the policy of Audit & Adjustment Company, Inc. to refund any overpayment by the 15th of the month following the overpayment. Refunds will be made payable to the name on the account and mailed to the address we have on file. Overpayments under $10.00 will be left on accounts and refunded by request. Uncashed refund checks will be reported as unclaimed property to the Washington State Department of Revenue per their guidelines.
